Welcome to Eating for Health and Zing.

This 6 week program is all about eating great food and learning about how to change your mindset and relationship with food. Eating well is a cornerstone of health so we are here to learn about new ways of preparing food and managing our busy lives so that eating healthy food is easy.

There are many levels of accountability for this program. You can join us in our closed Facebook group, read emails, attend weekly check-in webinars and keep track of your food in MyFitnessPal.

We need to get our ”macronutrients” right – eating a balanced amount of carbohydrates, fats and protein. Using MyFitnessPal will teach you to do that.

You have 4 recipes books to explore which are already entered in MyFitnessPal. Under pinning this is the 4 step base of Plan, Shop, Cook and Eat – so if life gets in the way – slip back into this easy to remember 4 point plan.
