I’ll be sharing workouts regularly. Got a question? Please message me directly. This program includes balance and stability sessions and 3 levels of workouts:-
- level 1 – foundation – for those new to exercise, post natal, or recoving from back issues or abdominal surgery (you are cleared for exercise right???)
- level 2 – ready for the next level? try the level 2 exercises
- level 3 – more advanced again – in fact challenging and multidirectional
This is a self regulated workout, meaning you must listen to your body and be confident that you are completing the sessions correctly before heading on to level 2 or 3. Those with moderate fitness will cope with level 2!
Feel free to ask questions and seek clarification on how to do exercises within the group – if you have queries others will do!
