How would you summarise the food approach?

This is a pro-food. Supplements, protein shake and vitamin advice is beyond this program and individual advice should be sort if this is what you think you require. Emphasis is placed on eating a variety of foods and “macronutrients” meaning a balance of fats, carbohydrates and proteins should be consumed to achieve a healthy and energetic result.

What is included in the VIP GOLD, VIP BASIC and FOUNDATIONS version of Eating for Energy and Zing

Both programs contain the same content.  The VIP GOLD has 6 health coaching and mindset sessions, while the VIP BASIC includes 3 health coaching and mindset sessions.  The FOUNDATIONS program is for the self sufficient and motivated individual and offers a 30 minute coaching session to help set you up for success.  Sessions are to be used within 12 months of starting the program.  Best results come from using more sessions in the first 6 weeks of the program and touching base to retain your focus as time goes by.  You can purchase additional health coaching and mindset sessions for enhanced accountability if needed.

What are the monthly group support sessions about?

1-2 hours each week tops to watch videos and read the content considered foundational in this approach, plus time to plan, shop, cook and eat.

Will the food suit my family?

Gluten, dairy and nut free recipes are also indicated on every recipe, as well as how long the recipe takes to cook and whether the recipe is suitable to freeze.
