Have a question before joining?
Is this suitable for every body?
If you have a recent injury or have had a baby within the last 8 weeks please seek medical clearance before you commence. Some exercises will be performed standing, some on your tummy, all fours, or on your back. It is assumed you can move into all of these positions without pain to take full advantage of this program. Please note you will need to self regulate your level of challenge and accept progression is an ongoing thing – in other words do not push yourself too hard
How much time will this take?
The actual core workout should take between 5-10 minutes – sometimes there is a little instruction initially so you can take part safely and without straining yourself
Can I opt in to additional 1 on 1 personal training (even if I live somewhere other than Hobart)?
Jo can work with any person globally (except USA). We use Zoom so I can see you and you can see me. Jo will help you set this up.
Can my family join in?
Yes. Just ensure if they have injuries that they are cleared for exercise.
