Sound Bath

We start at 5pm with a restorative movement session with Holistic Personal Trainer Jo Cordell-Cooper.  Bring your yoga mat, cushions and a rug for settling into a 60 minute Sound Bath experience with Andy Short.

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses vibrational frequencies from sound—such as music, chanting, tuning forks, or singing bowls—to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

It operates on the principle that sound vibrations can influence the body’s energy systems, including cells, tissues, and chakras, to restore balance and harmony.

Sound baths are the antidote to stress and when combined with restorative movement, the mind, body and soul can truly manifest healing.
