We will examine the habits and thought patterns that sabotage us and be given a multitude of strategies to move beyond them. I mean you can not open your computer – social media or website without being bombarded by adds on 10 ways to get rid of your belly fat, or exercises that are a waste of time if you are trying to lose weight….. My role is to quieten the noise, provide clarity for you, so you can get on with the job of being your healthy, happy version of yourself

This 6 week program will deliver:

  • simple eating that the whole family can enjoy, recipes included
  • 2 x recipe books – vegetarian and high protein options
  • 12 topics on mindset, habit change, nutrition
  • simple homework tasks to complete
  • worksheets and resources
  • access to the closed and private facebook group where you can ask questions, seek clarity,
  • the opportunity to receive weekly 1 on 1 mindset coaching (online or face to face) (VIP option)
  • cortisol (stress hormone) and food sensitivity testing (IgG anti body testing) also available on request (VIP GOLD option)

We certainly wont be eating less and less – it is more about eating right and addressing habits and long held beliefs about food that may be holding you back.
