Additionally, you will find yourself challenging balance in this 60-minute session. This series comes with a handout and tips and tricks to ensure your feet and lower legs are stronger and more mobile.

One of the primary benefits of exercise is improving circulation. Poor blood flow can lead to stiffness and discomfort, particularly in individuals with conditions like plantar fasciitis or arthritis. Jo has a whole range of movements that can help keep blood moving, delivering essential nutrients to the muscles and joints.
Stretching exercises can also play a significant role in reducing foot pain. Jo has a whole series of stretching, strengthening and mobility movement that will help nurture and support, and relieve tension in the muscles and ligaments, making movement easier and reducing stiffness. Strengthening exercises like towel scrunches and resistance band workouts can help build the muscles that support the arches, reducing strain on the feet.
By incorporating foot-friendly exercises into your routine, you can enhance mobility, strengthen muscles, and minimize pain. If discomfort persists, consulting a podiatrist for an accurate diagnosis is needed to tailor the program to your specific needs. Regular movement and proper foot care are key to keeping your feet strong, healthy, and pain-free.
